This wine has a dark, red-black robe and a complex nose with notes of red fruits and violets. On the palate, it is also complex and very fruity. The fruitiness lingers well on the finish.
Vinified in ancient roman method of foot treading in granite tanks. Includes 30 native grapes. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 1 year and 1 year in the bottle before release and unfiltered. The maceration and fermentation are done in 200-year-old lagares
