Hand harvested, organically grown grapes grown on Clay, limestone, slate and schist soil. Natural, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts from the vineyard and cellar and aged into old oak cask.
Pale ruby colour with a fragrant nose of red fruits, violet and earthy spice. Smooth, refreshing and easy drinking, a wine that blurs the lines between a rose and a red!
It pairs with good-fun, straightforward people and with all kinds of dishes! Especilally good with charcuterie, cheeses and festive sandwiches! Enjoy it cool (10-12°C)
