Baileys Chocolate Raspberry Martini
2 oz Baileys Chocolate
1 oz Don Julio Blanco
.5 oz Simple Syrup
5 Fresh Raspberries
2 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
Method: Add raspberries to cocktail tin and then add remaining ingredients. Shake and fine strain into coupe glass. Garnish with skewered raspberries.
