The “Awosting White” is their most popular wine year-round, and it consists of 70% vignoles and 30% seyval blanc, the classic grape of the Hudson Valley. It is very fruitful but still dry, zesty, and refreshing, with notes of citrus and apricot. Sustainably grown, vegan.
