46% Pinot Noir, 37% Pinot Meunier and 17% Chardonnay done in 100% wood. All the fruit is from just outside Epernay. Aromas of pear, spice and vanilla. It’s creamy and refined, with delicate pinpoint bubbles. More complex than an "Aperitif," this really struts at the dinner table. This is one of our greatest finds of the year, an exceptional Champagne that drinks well above its price point.
