Medium bodied and bold. Very fresh with beautiful acidity with a plesant slight bitterness on the finsh. Floral aromas, notes of olives and crunchy red fruits with strawberries on the nose.
Named "Pink" after the kiss of salmon color on this white blend which due to the 5% of Pinot Noir on 2 day extended maceration used on this very Alsacian Edelzwicker-like style blend.
