100% Gamay from two parcels in the plot ‘Le Côteau des Chanoriers’ comprising less than 1 ha at 310 meters elevation. 50 year old vines planted to grantic soils and farmed organically. Hand-harvested, carbonic maceration without sulfites, fermentation with natural yeasts. Aged 9-12 months on lees in vats.
